By A. McEwan*

Title: Confessions of A Small Town Librarian  Author: A. McEwan

Genre: Erotica  Publish Date: October 16, 2013

Join small town librarian, Anna McCall on an incredible journey full of temptation, romance and confessions as she uncovers some secrets that could change her town forever. Along the way she meets the hot and hunky Ben who shows her that librarians can be so nice at being naughty too.

Confessions of A Small Town Librarian is a great read if your looking for something fast, since it's a novella. If your looking for a sexy, yummy short read, then this book is for you. The author A. McEwan will have you fanning yourself down and taking a cold shower. For a novella, I felt we are immediately well introduced to the characters and their back story. We're not trying to fill in gaps or guessing. This story is about Anna throwing caution to the wind and letting your hair down and finally having some fun with Ben, a man her best friend introduced her to. Believe me she deserves it!

"I need you like I've never needed anyone before. You are tormenting me and if I don't have you soon, I think I will die."- Anna

Anna is a librarian, who finds personal journals about a lady in town from the olden days, who used some of the men in town. Anna is desperate to unfold this mystery that are in these journals. Sexy and a little mystery, there's nothing better!

"Anna, I would take you anywhere, anyway you like."- Ben

"Who knows maybe I'm a descendent of a whore."- Anna

I really enjoyed this novella and got sucked into the back story of the mystery lady. I would love to read more about Anna and Ben and see where their story goes after the few steamy day's they had with each other. The author really knows how to draw you in and wanting more. I give this novella 5 STARS!!!

RELEASE DAY of My Last Resolution by Whitney G.

*Release Day of My Last Resolution by Whitney G.*

Title: My Last Resolution  Author: Whitney G.

Release: January 30, 2014

My boyfriend is an asshole.

A pure, one of a kind, I-wish-I-was-making-this-up asshole.

Every year, I write "Dump his ass" as my  most important resolution, but I've never done it.

Until now.

Well, kind of...

Instead of showing up to our "secret" engagement party, I've shown up to the airport--ready and willing to go wherever the next flight is bound. Determined to keep and fulfill all of my resolutions, I'm proud of myself for finally striking out on my own.

Until I never make it to my final destination. Until the sexy stranger who sat next to me on the plane changes everything. Until my "last resolution" is fulfilled a lot earlier than I thought...

Eleven.
Not ten. Not twenty. Eleven.
Ever since I was a little girl, my mom would force me and my sister to list our resolutions at the end of the year. She’d tell us to fold them up and carry them in our pockets as a reminder, and to make sure that the last one (“lucky number eleven”) was the most important one of all.
I never understood the purpose behind those resolutions, and in the early years I’d do it just to make her shut up. I’d write things like, “Stop telling Mom that she gets on my nerves,” “Learn how to dropkick the boy who always pops my bra straps,” “Steal better snacks from the cafeteria at lunchtime.”
Yet, as the years passed and I entered high school, I started to take them a little more seriously: “Lose lots and lots of weight by the summer.” “Try to work on my writing every day.” “Stop trying to fit in so much and just be myself.” And I always looked forward to writing that number eleven. Although it was supposed to be a goal, mine was more like a dream: “Find a real life bad boy, make him fall in love with me, and live wild and carefree together for the rest of our lives.”
Unfortunately, I didn’t find him in high school—that “lots and lots of weight” took way too long to lose, and the lames that came shortly after were only interested in having sex.
Very, very bad sex.
My real life bad boy stormed into my life during my senior year of college, in the form of a sweet-talking, former womanizing, ultimate-alpha-male-sweetheart named Adrian Smith III. After preventing me from nearly walking into a moving bus, he told me I was “the sexiest woman [he’d] ever seen,” and the rest was history.
Our love affair was fast and frantic, uncontrollable and overwhelming; it was so reckless and volatile that it almost became an obsession.
I fell in love with him after only a few weeks, but I knew he was the man I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.
He was my dream.
My number eleven.
After we graduated college—when things began to slow down and settle, we decided to stay together for the long haul. We had separate goals and aspirations, so we promised to strive for them while still hanging on to each other.
Unfortunately, that’s where the nice version of my story ended.
My life with Mr. Bad Boy became more of a tragedy than a love story, and at the end of last year I did something I hadn’t done in years…
I changed my number eleven.

Review & Giveaway of Finding Solace by Barbara Speak

*Review & Giveaway of Finding Solace by Barbara Speak*

Title: Finding Solace  Author: Barbara Speak

Genre: Contemporary Romance  Expected Publication: December 16, 2013 (AVAILABLE NOW)

When Sadie Warren finds herself struggling to overcome an abusive relationship after high school, she seeks confidence by using random men to gain strength. All of that changes after one encounter leaves her to question everything she thinks she knows about who she is. In her journey of self discovery, Sadie finds out the hard way that sometimes love just isn't enough. Then again, it can be.

*My Review*
In life we are introduced to certain people who will make a difference, for Sadie that statement couldn't be truer. When you love something so much, it isn't easy to let it go.

Sadie has had her heart and spirit broken by someone who she thought loved her. Trying to get pass that hurt she has given her body to guys and drowned her sorrows in drinks.

A chance encounter will forever change Sadie's life. A man that will show her how beautiful she is, how important she is and how she should believe in herself. Their friendship mean's everything to Sadie, and maybe, just maybe she could have feelings for him.

"I'm serious Sadie. I never want to see you sad. You deserve the world, beautiful. You deserve the best a man can offer. I never want you to settle for anything less." -Colt

There is always special people that are brought into our life. Either to teach us or show us stuff we couldn't see for our self, and that is who Colt is to Sadie.

With an amazing circle of friends who are there no matter what. They are all each others backbones. They are more then friends, they are family. The life Sadie knows will soon change, but will it all be for the best or the worst?

When decision's and ultimatums are on the table, what will Sadie choose?

"Oh girl, you're already my dream come true. Now my life's mission is make all yours happen."

*This reviewer's thoughts*
Finding Solace has a great group of characters that I loved. This book is full of love, pain, heart ache and laughter. I seriously laughed so hard a few times while reading this book. When you get to those parts, you'll understand. This story follows Sadie's ups and downs for about three plus years, in that time you will find yourself probably wanting to throw something at Sadie or wanting to punch Colt. I know I did! I wanted her to throw him out, but she couldn't and now I know why. I gave this book 4 stars, not because I didn't like it, because I did. To me this book could have been made into two books, it was really long and I found myself rushing through it because of that fact. A story too long isn't a bad thing, but I felt it could have been even better into two books. I know, who cry's over a book being too long? I guess I do.  Other than that I enjoyed Sadie's book. I liked how she would talk to the readers and how she comes full circle. It truly is a story of finding your true love and everything that comes with that. Sadie grows so much during this book and I love seeing the lady she became. Reader's will be shocked and in awe at a certain point and think "Damn I didn't see that coming." I can't forget about the great group of friends she has around her, I need some like those. Drunk bowling, Demolition Ball, need I say more? I can't wait to see what the author does next. 4 STARS!

Title: Safer Outside   Author: Kristina Renee

Genre: Mature Young Adult Romance   Expected Publication: January 13 (available NOW)

When Liz moves to a new high school, she hopes for a fresh start. School is her escape from the violence at home and her only hope for breaking the cycle of
poverty she was born into. Trying to shield her siblings from her stepfather's fury gets harder each day so when she meets Logan, she thinks it will be a
harmless distraction from the fear.

She's Wrong.

Logan has the resources to change her life but at what cost? Her relationship is the best thing that ever happened to her but it could also be the worst. If she's
not careful, she may lose everyone that's important to her. But it's hard to be careful when you're fifteen and in love.

For readers 16+

*My Review*
When it's safer outside, where do you go?

Elizabeth
"Liz" is excited for a fresh start at a new school. With only a hand full of people knowing "Beefy Beth" from middle school, she couldn't be more ready for the new place to escape to.

On her first day of school, Liz meets Logan. To her surprise, he thinks she's beautiful. With everything going on in Liz's life, she doesn't want to get close to him for fear of her home life putting Logan in jeopardy.

"She comes from trash and I wouldn't want you to get dirty."- Mandy

Having a mother who has lost herself a long time ago, two younger siblings who needs her to be their protector and an abusive step-father, who terrorizes them all at any chance he can. Liz finds different way's to escape her home life, because the outside is always safer than the inside.

"Your secret is safe with me. All of your secrets."- Logan

With things heating up with Liz and Logan, Liz fears he will get hurt. In turn she would rather lose her first love by breaking his heart, than by him running away in fear of her home life.

Can Liz let go of her fears, accept Logan is in her life to stay or will everything around her crumble? Will Liz be able to show Logan the real Elizabeth and can he accept it?

Safer Outside is a journey of friendship, heartache, love and loss. You will fall in love with these characters Kristian Renee gave us. Logan is just the perfect boy you would have wanted to date in high school. He has this sweet side and tough side. I just wanted to squeeze him! This story was having me flash back to the day's of my teenage life and bringing back old memories. For a debut novel, Kristina hit it out of the ball park!! She gives us everything we would want in a book and then she'll have you wanting and needing more. My heart broke for Liz. I wanted to be her protector and tell her it would all be okay. There's nothing better than reading a book that draws you in like this one. I can't wait for the second book in the series!  I give Safer Outside 5 STARS!!!

*Reaper's Legacy ARC Review and Giveaway*

ARC REVIEW/GIVEAWAY Reaper’s Legacy (Reapers MC #2)
 by Joanna Wylde

Title: Reaper’s Legacy    Author: Joanna Wylde

Genre: Adult contemporary   Expected Publication: January 28th
“WELCOME TO THE CLUB”

Eight years ago, Sophie gave her heart—and her virginity—to Zach Barrett on a night that couldn’t have been less romantic or more embarrassing. Zach’s step-brother, a steely-muscled, tattooed biker named Ruger, caught them in the act, getting a peep show of Sophie he’s never forgotten.

She may have lost her dignity that fateful night, but Sophie also gained something precious—her son Noah. Unfortunately, Zach’s a deadbeat dad, leaving Ruger to be Noah’s only male role model. When he discovers Sophie and his nephew living in near poverty, Ruger takes matters into his own hands—with the help of the Reapers Motorcycle Club—to give them a better life.

Living with outlaw bikers wasn’t Sophie’s plan for her son, but Ruger isn’t giving her a choice. He’ll be there for Noah, whether she wants him or not. But Sophie does want him, has always wanted him. Now she’ll learn that taking a biker to bed can get a girl dirty in every way…

*My review*

Can a good girl fall in love with a bad boy biker, or will hearts break and a family ruined?
Sophie has given everything she's had to a man, Zack, that treated her like shit. She's given him her virginity, her life and gave him a son, but he could care less about any of that. He's left his mark's on her by bruises and and emotionally beat her with his words.

Meeting Ruger, Zack's step brother, while laying on his couch she just lost her virginity on (Yeah I would have died right then and there) she would have never though he would be the man who would save her and claim her.
Ruger has been there anytime Sophie or Noah needed them and with one phone call, all three of their life's will change. With everything Ruger has done, Sophie is grateful, but the life Ruger lives isn't what she wants around her or her son.

Ruger is a member of the Reaper's Motorcycle club, he's tattooed, pierced (Clears throat, everywhere ladies) hot and all man. Just the thing Sophie want's to stay away from, but with a history between them and their attraction growing stronger everyday their around each other, it's hard to do. Can she keep her libido in check?

Can Sophie fight the temptation, or will giving into it be worth the consequences?.

"This man was like heroin- seductive, addictive, and a damned good way to wake up dead."- Sophie

While she is trying to stay away from the dangerous life he lives, she get's sucked into it and with that everything will change, but for better or worse? With a war forming between the Reaper's and another MC, will this make Sophie decided enough is enough?

"I'd never be more than a toy to him, and the men in his family had a history of breaking their toy's. They just did it in different ways."- Sophie

"You're in my dreams every night. I wake up in the morning and all I think about is you in my house, you and Noah finally mine. My family. It's even better than ridin' my bike. I'm crazy for you, Soph."- Ruger

Ruger is hell bound on claiming Sophie as his property, as his old lady, but he isn't promising her to be a one woman man and with that, Sophie can't agree to his terms. But will the attraction and the pull they have for each other change all that? Can Ruger calm the man whore he is, so he can have the woman he truly want's or will he ruin it forever and lose her and Noah for good? Can they both have a little bit of Faith and see where it all goes?

This is the second anticipated book in the Reaper's MC series, that has every lady waiting on the edge of their seats to finally have this book on there ereader.

Sexy biker, alpha male, leather cuts, tattoos and piercings *everywhere*, Ruger is every ladies next book boyfriend. I know he is now mine. I will admit, I'm a book whore and proud of it. Reaper's Legacy is one hell of a hot book, it will have you fanning yourself and screaming at Sophie to just go for it, get a little taste of him. Joanna Wylde take's you into the world of a motorcycle club. I enjoyed reading that she actually sat down and and talked to people who are in the life style. She had a lady who is attached to an outlaw MC go through her manuscript and correct something if it wasn't right. So, with this book, she let us inside what a true MC is really like. For those who loved Horse and Marie, we do get to read about them and what going on. I personally loved that, since I fell for Horse. We also get to know the other bikers and their old ladies. I definitely want friends like those girls, where can I find some like them?! There are funny moments, heart breaking moments and moment's that will piss you off. It has everything you would want in a MC book, I promise you that. This book is hot, hot, hot and the back and forth makes it even better. I'm a true fan of Joanna Wylde and will read anything she puts out. I love her writing style and how she brings us into the world she created. I give this book 5 HUGE STARS!!!!
